By inspiring our students to actively seek higher education, we recognize the potential in each EIP student, share their personal ambitions, and instill a resolve to take ownership of their educations. Our trained mentors and staff are engaged in the lives of our students and their families to further expand access to educational resources. We encourage our students to set career benchmarks early in their professional lives. The goal of the national and regional affiliate programs is to honor girls who are interested in computing and technology, and encourages them to pursue their passions. Open to girls in grades 9-12. Microsoft is a Lifetime Partner at the national level and Mason hosts a regional affiliate program, providing the opportunity for Microsoft employees to volunteer and sponsor locally. Ongoing.
